I must confess. I did not finish this book. Got a third of the way through. Then I punted. I think the format of the book did not keep my interest.
Somebody sends an email to the wrong person on Valentines Day. This starts a tradition where one high school turned college kid sends an email to the other. I imagine they will eventually get together. But every chapter is just an email exchange. Where's the beef?
The real tragedy is that I liked another book by this author. In the other book, a woman got onto the wrong Zoom call. But that call ended fast. Then the story took off. This current book has a failure to launch. Next.
